3. Remaining Payment

The remaining balance must be paid as follows:

  • In-call services:
    The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival, before the service begins.
  • Outcall services:
    The remaining amount must be paid when the service provider arrives, before the
    service starts.

This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for both parties.

4. Booking Confirmation Responsibility

We always encourage customers to confirm bookings only when fully sure about:

  • Date and time
  • Service details
  • Location preference

Once confirmed, resources and time are reserved exclusively for you.

5. Cancellation Policy

After booking confirmation, cancellations are generally not accepted unless there is a serious
issue or fault from our side.
Because availability is limited and bookings are carefully scheduled, we kindly request
customers to confirm only when plans are certain.

6. Refund Policy

At Fairytale Massage, refunds are handled fairly and responsibly:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • Refunds are considered only in cases of major service issues, such as:
    ○ Service not provided
    ○ Serious operational problems
    ○ Verified issues with valid proof
